Am I Eligible for a Refund if I Am Unsatisfied with My Purchase?

We regret that refunds for premium subscriptions are not available once purchased. Upgrading to a premium account indicates satisfaction with the features provided in the free version, showing your preference for our tool. If premium queries have been used, a refund cannot be granted.

I Purchased Two Separate Plans at once; can I get a refund? 

We will extend the plan validity if you purchased both a weekly and a monthly plan at the same time, as the weekly plan is non-refundable. If you have opted for a yearly subscription in addition to a monthly plan, we will reimburse you for the monthly plan if it is still active, or we can extend the validity period by one month if you would like.

What Happens if I Purchase the Same Plan Twice?

If you mistakenly purchase the same plan twice, we will gladly refund one of those purchases. Please note, however, the weekly plans are not covered in our refund policy.

Can I Get a Refund for a Recurring Charge?

During checkout, you have the option to select either automatic or manual renewal for your subscription. If you choose automatic renewal, your subscription will be renewed at the expiration date. Please note that once a renewal charge has been processed, we cannot issue a refund. However, we would be happy to cancel the automatic renewal to prevent further charges. Is a Refund Possible for Sale Purchases?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for items purchased during a sale. However, we can assist you by stopping the automatic renewal of your subscription upon request.

Can I Receive a Refund if the Premium Version Is Not Functioning Correctly?

While errors in our premium tools are rare, should such an issue arise, we are unable to provide a refund per company policy, as any issue with the website will be addressed promptly. If your search queries are used without providing results, we are more than happy to credit those queries back to your account. In the event that our service is unavailable for more than a day, we will extend your access to compensate for the downtime.
